Club or Forum? Which is it?

Recently, I received this email message from the "Meyers Manx Forums team" (?): "Hello, Your access to the Meyers Manx Forums is about to expire. To extend this you must visit http://www.meyersmanx.com/forums/subscriptions.php If you do not extend your subscription access will be removed. Yours, Meyers Manx Forums team" When I visit the mentioned site, it states : "Meyers Manx Forums does not have any paid subscriptions available to which you can subscribe." Does anyone know the purpose of the above impersonal email message about a forum subscription or access fee? Roger. PS: While it is time for my Manx Club Membership renewal, and I have been waiting for the Club renewal letter from Winnie (which I have always gotten before), is this a new (apparently dysfunctional) process? Roger, I too have been waiting for my renewal... No letter or invoice from Winnie.... My subscription to the Manx Club ran out April 30th, On May 1st.the door closed - I had no access to the forum.. It took two e mails, a phone call, a credit card, and about 24 hours to get my access back again. The "New Manx Club" ain't like the old one is it

Received the same message,still waiting for a statement stating my membership needs renewed.This is the way it's been handled in the past,if this has changed something should be posted.

I got that message too. No invoice in the mail . I finaly sent a check to the PO box in Valley Center. Online payment would have been easy too.

I paid my membership in early April along with a $400.00 order from the store. My membership was due by april 30. I recieved this same email. I ignored it because I had already paid. I too was locked out of the forum. I had to call Bruce and send an email to adm. to have my access restored. I was offended by the manner in which this was handled. I have stuck with the club through the changes, defended the members only decisions that were made and tried to get people to return once they left for the "free" sites. I cant help but feel like my membership here and all the support I have given this site isnt appriciated.
