LED tail lights?

You can get LED's that glow red from just about anywhere now. If you even check ebay there's like 700 of them on there or something. So the answer is yes you can get red LED's and then use a clear lens. It seems that if you did that you could have a clear bulb in the same light assembly for your reverse. If you want you could even wire up your own light board. You can buy LED's for like 7 cents a piece if you buy them in bulk of 100 or more. This way you could wire some red's for your blinker, stop, and running and then some clears for your reverse and have it all in one neat little package. It's a lot more work but it's something to think about.

what are some good searches on ebay for led tail lights. whenever i put "led tailights a bunch of motorcycle lights pop up

Try a Google search for "1157 LED lights" or "1156 LED lights" depending on the base you want. These are standard automotive type bases. Not sure for other styles.
