Weld in adjusters
Weld in adjusters
Are there differences in weld in adjusters for front beams? If there are who has what i should use or you recommend.
You can get the Saw-A-Way adjusters through Kar-Tek http://www.kartek.com/Index.html or McKenzies http://www.mckenzies.com/. The Sway-A-Way's will be a better quality than the Empi adjusters. The Empi's would probably be fine for most buggy applications unless you are planning some rough off-road use.
Oops, I got the wrong link in the last post. Here is the Avis adjuster selection: http://www.appletreeauto.com/search.php ... rch&page=1

Avis adjusters take more fitting but you dont need to cut the beam and weld them in so the beam retains most of its original strength. http://www.appletreeauto.com/search.php ... rch&page=1 If you're mean like me you can just cut, turn and re-weld a 2" section of one or both axle tubes, I find about 3/8"-1/2" on each tube does it...
