This forum in a Panel !

Not sure if it is just a local issue but do you think it would be possible to put the forum outside of a panel or add a horizontal scroll bar to the panel to make viewing easier ?? I realise I can just view outside of the panel by using http://manxclub.com/forum/index.php but since all the links point to the htm page with panel just thought I would ask.
