Kids N Buggies

A few weeks ago my daughter was showing the other kids in her school classroom a buggy website on the school computer. The teacher walked in and took an interest,,,, then my daughter let it slip,,,, next thing i got a phone call ,, asking if i would go to the school and do a buggy talk and fiberglass demo. Well it all happened today,,, took 5 small molds into her school,,,, all the 10 and 11 year olds were geared up with gloves goggles and aprons,,, for some hands on GRP stuff,,, what a mess,,, good job we did it in the playground. Then it was into the classroom to watch a buggy video,,, i took a copy of Cal Gold,, at the Manx clubs Big bear bash,, from a few years back. Ive seen it so many times before,,, so i just watched all the kids faces,,, mouths wide open and eyes popping out of their heads, as they watched some of you guys off roading. Your all famous now at my daughters school :rock:. Towards the end of the day we released the GRP parts the kids had made from the molds,,,,, followed by a classroom of kids throwing various questions at me :help: The outcome at the end of the day was,,, a classroom of buggy addicts (just like us lot) and a playground covered in GRP resin. And i bet a lot of dads are tonight being pestered to build a buggy. The kids asked me to say Hi to all the guys at Cal Golds Big Bear Bash :hello: What a fun day we all had. Now I must take something for that headache
