I have been away from this site for a while mostly busy with life. just started to look at it again thinking about my body still sitting around. do you guys remember this was back a while one of the guys dad had a welding shop i think he made the stainless plate to hold your license plate like the one from the sixtes and a stainless fire wall for his buggy polished of course and offered them for sale? also has any one tried the air ride from airkweld on their suspension? i also caught a picture of some body buggy on my silde show with the berrin chassis couldnt stop the computer in time to look at it now i can't find it. this site has sure changed a lot for the better.keep up the good work web master .last year the hot rod power tour came through springfield il just north of my home. i couldnt make it and wouldnt you know one of our members came through with their manxter just my luck some body to talk to and i missed them. maybe next time. also i just love all the photo's people post, especially the construction photo's well i better get up and finish around here see ya later. gary1719#

There were 2 Manxter's in Springfield. Il on the Power Tour last year. Ours and Manxter10. Sorry we missed you. Tom

If you email me a dfx file I can probably get a "free sample " from my laser cutter. I spend a lot of money there and they have to do a time study to quote the run time properly. Then if you want 100 more i can give you a price. Pollished material is hard to laser because the light bounces back, but you can use 2b stainless and buff it yourself or send it out.

DFX is one way to send a computer generated drawing. It seems to talk to the laser correctly. ( I still use a drafting table, have not learned the cad software yet ) Otherwise someone would have to generate a cad drawing from a blueprint .
