Heard on UK radio today that a 67 year old guy (from NY i think) has just been reunited with his 68 Corvair which was stolen 37 years ago Wow, can you believe that???? what a result The guy said its worth ?10,000 today,,, could that be right guys??? seems too much ?? to me,,,, maybe,,,, we dont get many this side of the pond,, ive only seen one (in UK) in the last ten years.

Glad to hear he got it back. Hopefully the thief restored it

Here's the way I heard it. The guy was in CA and it was his Corvette the cops brought back to him after all those years. Saw it on the TV a couple of weeks ago.

The "Vette wasn't that old either. From the pics it looked like a Gen 4 or 5.
