I just recieved a copy of the original sears rascal ad out of the 1970's catalog and it shows a buggy with manx logo on the front. Now before you tell me that the sears had a logo wich I already knew they are much different where the one in the add sure looks like a manx emblem. Image the original sears logo is round with a cadilac wreath and old sears logo in the middle nothing like what is in the pics. Now from what I know sears never made there own cars so did Bruce have anything to do with the making of the rascals?

Why didn't they call it a Kenmore?
Why didn't they call it a Kenmore?
Probably the same reason they didn`t call it a Craftsman. We`d all be taking our buggy back to Sears every time it broke down.

I wonder if this one is a Kenmore. I tore it apart today and the only ID I found was an assigned VIN.....Image

All the Sears buggys I have seen have a rib down the center of the hood.
