Mike, If you would I would be greatful. I go to Kmart, Walmart and Target all the time here looking for buggies. I cant find anything except the gold ones. We can make a day trip up to your house to pick it up and perhaps check out the progress on your buggy.

My kid loves that Bugs Bunny one. It`s kind of pricey, but it`s 1979 vintage.

Here's a few pictures I took this morning...Bugs Bunny and his friends...Image Image Image AZSpeedBuggy

I'm trying to do my own, not looking great, but it has been an experience. Not as easy as I thought on removing the body from it's chassis. so far a green buggy and a yellow buggy are in the works. A real task is to make a hard top to resemble my buggy. AZSpeedBuggy

The great 60s art work on the box is the best part. The buggy actually looks more like a Bugetta than a Manx. It does have a cool chrome Corvair engine for a stopper though. http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Replica-Kit-Makes-BUGETTA-DUNE-BUGGY-BUGETTA-BUGETTA-ORIGINAL-140-4-SP-DUNE-BUGGY_W0QQitemZ4587976304QQcategoryZ7251QQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem
