the 3 best engines are 1914 or 2165 and 2275. all use the 94mm piston. much better than 92mm. the 94 is thicker But we all have our opinions. How much do you want to spend? I would think about that and go to a big builder . I know a guy who has a 1914 an it screams. 2500.00 and a 2275 would be 3 to 4 thousand turn key. here is a great builder. I have not heard any bad about him

A fully balanced 1914 with a Web cam 86B cam, 1.5:1 rockers, good quality big valve ported heads, 8.5:1 compression and a pair of 44IDF's. Properly tuned will beat just about anything across the intersection get 27mpg on the highway dependably.

I am in the process of building a 2919cc engine for my Siggy Manx. I'm shooting for a nice dependable 300 to 350 turbocharged/fuel injected HP. :driving:
