I would question if that is a Manx first off. My guess is it is not. Do you have photos of the inside and dash? As for the price many questions would need answered before I could make a suggstion. Does it run? What chassey? What motor? How old is the build? How good is the build? 2 wheel or 4 wheel drive? Thats just for starters......

Just really sit back and take a GOOD look at it. is it really worth all that effort to put into it. I owuld pass if it were me, but thats just because I know I would want it perfect, if you just want to take it out and beat it up then offer up a couple bills. But I wouldnt take it if someone gave it to me. just my:2cents:

If the motor runs I would buy it for the body to put on a vw and sell the motor

That body is too chopped up to use on a VW pan without much, much work and expense. There is no front firewall, no gas tank mount structure and no dash. Its not a Manx. Pass on it.

If you have a chop gun and a lot of timemoney you could make some sort of parade float? Or mud bog thing out of it maybe????????????????????If the price is right and it runs.

Firstly it has a bonnet ridge so it's not a Manx. Pay not much more than nothing for it, rig it out with huge fat wheels, a box on the back, and a big ugly roll cage and use it as a fishing buggy or a paddock basher. The fibreglass body would require a lot of work to be able to put it on a VW pan where it belongs.

If you need a small block Chevy buy it. If you want a dune buggy, look elsewhere. What a abomination

Or we ALL could pitch in and buy it and chop it up so we know one will be stuped and buy it and try to fix it.

Kill it before it attacks. For the betterment of all mankind.
Yikes! Image
X2 I dont know what you are looking for, but that is not a dune buggy. That is a K5 blazer chassis with a hacked fiberglass tub. Dune buggys are light. That is not.
