Chat Instant Message Needed

I was wondering how many members (and guests) would be interested in a chat room and/or and Instant message set-up on this site. chat room for real time discussions. IM to say "hey" to someone else you see is browsing this site. How many would be willing to pay higher dues to cover the cost of the programming? If enough of us get together perhaps we can make it happen. What do you think Bruce and Winnie???
