UPDATE - New front and rear seats are installed.

Post by Scott-Drolet »

The seats are done and I hope to have them installed this weekend. I was first told the fabric was from a 60's era British car, I've since learned it's out of a 1969 Chevy Nova. I never thought in a million years I'd have an interior this color, but I really like it and think it works.

I really like them Scott. I think they look great in the Manxter.

Thank you Joseph! I bought a couple extra yards for the rear seats that PRP is making the covers for. Hopefully they can duplicate the diamond pattern as well.

Looks good Scott.
Since the fabric was made for an old Nova, I'm sure it must be stain resistant as well.

Well, the tan Corbeau seats are a thing of the past.  I am really happy with the new ones, especially the rear seat covers which match the front seats exactly, right down to the diamond pattern, Even the angle of the diamonds are the same.  PRP did an amazing job with these. I also have rear seat headrests that match the front, but I just ran out of time today to finish installing them. I used OMP slides under them which not only fit the seats perfectly, but sit really low to the floor. Now I just have to figure out how the rear seatbelts are going to work. The car had them once before, but I sure can't tell where they were mounted.  Overall, I'm really happy with the look and feel of the seats!

Scott,
It all turned out well.
The extra effort and dollars will give you years of good service and good looks.
