Wishing all my fellow club members a very "Merry Christmas and a prosperous New Year". May all your project get finished with parts supplied by Santa. I hope to see thoes shiney new buggies at Lone Pine.
Thank you Bob and Anita. I have to admit that I have been ashamed by my insistance of driving a Burro on the Manx Club fun runs. 2012, however, will be the year that I return to my roots: My '67 Manx will be reborn. A very talented buggy builder in Sanger, California, whose intitals are "David Barrett", has blessed me with a new frame and drivetrain to breathe life into the buggy that originally motivated me to join the club back in January of 1995. I truely doubt I'll be able to unveil it in Lone Pine, but I'll certainly be able to bring it to the Minden, Nevada / Tahoe run. The body will undergo a complete color change, but stay tuned as David brings DUNEKAT back to life!!!

Scott,
It's been a long day since I've seen "Dune Kat" move under her own power. In fact as I remember you had a little fella sitting in that back seat..... Looking forward to her rebirth. Have you decided on a power source ?
