High Performance EFI

Anyone running an aftermarket EFI system on their buggy? Trying to find out if the closed system you are using has both pick up and return lines tee'd off the bottom of the fuel tank? Had a mechanic explain that the return line MUST drop down through the top of the tank. I thought I could use the Tee that CB Performance sells do the job. Anybody got some insight to this question? Thanks

My brother is running one of the first CB EFI systems they sold, in his sand rail. He is using the "T" that CB supplied in the kit for the fuel return and hasn't had a problem with it.

Stock Tank Has Two Taps

On my 79 VW convert, it has two pipes in the tank. Could you just drill and braze an additional hole for the return line. My beetle has the return line next to the supply line. I did notice that the return line sticks up a little higher in the tank, but not much more than an inch or so.
