Gene,
That looks like the East Coast premier of the new Meyers Manx Kick-Out in May 2008. This was where Bruce unveiled the SS for the first time. That was a one of as the hood has been radically changed since then.
The Denmat Brothers got the only one I know of.

I love the new KICKOUT SS hood. With just lights it looks MUCH better in my opinion that the ricer lights on the first hood.
Can't wait to see one in person!

I'm guessing that nothing ever came of this early SS hood either; shame really, I quite liked it...it had an alien-like quality...

Bruce said if you ever had to change those NEON headlights it would be very difficult, that's why he didn't go with them.

Not sure but I really dig the front bumper. That buggy really has it's own personality.
