Thanx Cairo Manx...now that you mentioned it , the air shocks seemed to be the suspension. When I disassembled it , the spring plates did not have much tension on them. Do you know if anyone has welded in spherical joints, or the like,to correct the twisting & bending of the shocks? THANX, D.

Transvair Buggy HELP!!

Restoring Corvair powered Manx style buggy [have 2 complete Transvair kits]. Both have rear air shocks...both have bent upper & lower shock mounts. Was this a typical weak spot in the design & has anyone out there come up with a fix? Any info on other trouble spots I may encounter is appreci...
