I found a few toys there today. At Sara's Toys booth she had 1/32 scale Manxter's for sale in 4 colors, I bought the orange and blue ones. Also found the green and yellow Tonka buggies in the swap meet.
This show is always smaller than the one in May.
Bob was there selling things to help pay for his truck repair. Told me he had sold most of the stuff saturday evening. There where many buggies parked in the swap area but only 4 buggies in the show area.
Met Wayne who has the Gun Metal metalflake KickOut that in on the Meyers Manx web page. Talked to many people about buggies. Even ran into someone that I went to high school with and have not seen since 1974. Found out that is wife and him live 1/4 mile away from me and they are building a buggy.
Had fun, did not stay long enough to find out who won any awards.
See you all next week in Mammoth.
