I found this bumper at J.C. Whitney. These bolt to a skid plate. Anybody have any experience with these?
I bought this same front bumper from JCW. the chrome was poor and it was gouged under the chrome. It took me 10 Min. to get the shrink wrap plastic off. You get what you pay for...

JC Whitney buys the bumpers from Bugpack, EMPI, Latest Rage, etc and it all comes for China. Needless to say, The quality of the stuff for China is very poor at best. Build it yourself or have it built locally. The bumper in the picture was made myself from stainless with my Pro Tools bender and it took a little over an hour. In the picture it isn't polished. The first thing I ever made with a bender was the cage on the buggy and the second thing was the bumper.

Bender ?'s
Jerry, What's the centerline of the dies that you bought with your bender? Whats used in the picture? Are you planning another Silver Lake event?
The 1 1/2" die is 5" center....It matches the windshield radius. The 1" die has a 3 1/2" center. I'm not sure what's happening with a "Buggy Invasion" this year. I have been out of work for a little over a year and if I get a job I don't know what my schedule will be like. Once I know a bit more with what's happening with the "Buggy Invasion" I will post it.
