LED flasher problems

Post by Mike-Presley »

I'm using led tail lights and front flashers, a signalstat 900 switch with a 263 electronic flasher. The turn signals just stay on and don't flash. Any suggestions?

There might not be enough resistence in the LED to allow the flasher to cycle, try an LED type flasher

I used a motorcycle led type flasher, I just cut the little nylon connector block of and replaced with regular crimp type connectors.

Like Joe said.  There are plenty of LED flashers relays out there now.  I've use something similar to this before:

Local parts guys kept telling me to use their electronic flasher. Didn't work. I got a "LED" flasher online and it works perfect.
