Contact Knelly (Ian Knell) or call Meyers Manx who sells the Knelly mirrors.
Also contact Moon Eyes (Moon Speed Equipment), as they had custom made ones a while back

I've got a polished aluminum one, new in the box. I'll dig it out and shoot a few photos if you are interested. I was going to mount it in my previous buggy, but ended up selling it to buy the Manxter, and I like the mirror that's already in it.
