Relocated the air filter

Never did like having the air filter under the body but never wanted to cut a hole in the body....so with a new Empi air cleaner, a license plate holder from Auto Zone, a 2 inch silicone sleeve from Pep Boys and a PVC elbow from Home Depot I came up with this idea.

You must have gotten that idea from an old Green Hornet movie. He always had a trick license plate in the rear.
