Manxter Gas springs
Does anyone know what pound rate the gas springs for the manxter's hard top are rated at? I need to replace my old ones and they are not marked....Thanks
Re: Manxter Gas springs
I replace mine a couple of years ago. They are the 30# force, McMaster-Carr part number 9416K16.

Bob,
Also check the edge of the connector on each end of your existing gas springs. Mine were cracked and broke off when I put the new springs in. It would have been much easier to have the new ones, instead of having to wait for another order to arrive.

I was able to order a set through napa auto. They had their book all the ones available.
