Seal kit

I got 2 seal kits for my swing axel bearings,,Each kit came with 2 gaskets,,Why?,,Manual shows 1 gasket for each side,,,,

The kit is for swingaxle and IRS. On the swing you need a gasket between axle tube and brake plate and another between brake plate and the seal housing.
