Buggies at the Bay

Saturday we headed out with 3 buggies on an adventure, took back roads to the San Mateo Bridge, after a stop at the Blackhawk Auto Museum, we made it to San Mateo and checked into our hotel. Then it was off to see the rebuild on Gene's Gadget, Sunday morning we headed off to Foothill College and met up with a total of 15 or so buggies, Maurice was our host and the special guests were Bruce and Winnie. We headed off to Half Moon Bay for lunch. There was a wedding going on at the resturant area, of course the bride and groom had to have their pictures taken in front of all the buggies. After lunch it was off to a winery for some tasting, more buggy time, great twisting roads, Redwoods and lots of sights to see. Great weekend meeting new buggy friends and seeing old ones. Monday we headed home on our surface street route, all in all a great weekend, lots of fun and buggies, thanks to Maurice for hosting us all and to Bruce and Winnie for coming up. http://www.flickaway.com/maurice/brunchwithbruce
