Are we going to have any sort of early sign up so we know how many people to expect (and how many t-shirts to order)? Or should I just order a set number?

Hey Adam,

Talk with Vince on the t-shirts. His company may be willing to sponsor them for the event. How much lead time does the printer need? We will have early sign up going out possibly in June.

Thanks,

Have you checked with the Island Cruisers outfit to see if they would be interested in helping to sponsor the run? Maybe a raffle item or two etc.

We are going to talk to them probably when I go up there the first of June. I was thinking of renting a buggy from them to drive around while I am up there.

We've been a little busy and forgot to follow up on the OBX event. We're booked at the Nags Head Inn, we should arrive Friday night... I just re-read the wole thread, there were talks about pre-registration in June, did that happen? Did we miss it?

Let me know where and how to send in our registration and $. We don't want to miss out on T-Shirts and the opportunity to meet up with our friends again!

Mid October in a Buggy in Montreal, hummm... Where did I store my winter jacket again?!

Hey Vincent,

Glad you guys are coming, I am looking forward to meeting the dynamic duo after reading all your trip reports. We are still finalizing a few details so registration forms have not been sent out yet.

I thought I would post the new event artwork. We will be having these
available in high quality prints suitable framing at the event where you
can have them signed by the man himself, Bruce Meyers. Also, event
flyers and registration notices are going out this week. (They should
also be posted on the club site soon.)

Thanks,

Can you (or someone else) confirm they've received our application and payment? Cross border shipping is not as reliable as our Buggy! lol

Vincent - I suggest you contact Bob Hunter (send me a PM for his phone #).  I don't know who is going (besides us), just how many as of yesterday, because it came up in BOD conversations.  The applications are going to him, because he is the Manx Club Event Chairman.  Tom

Just a quick update, we have 27 people confirmed attending now. Looking like we will have a good group.

Thanks,
