It's actually my parent's sugar shack. We do use it during the summer for family and friend gathering and of course for making maple sirop in spring. I also purchased a 150 acres wood lot ajacent to my parents land. It's actually on that same piece of land that I hit a bolder bending the oil plate and now the engine leaks... BTW, There's electricity and running water.
