Looks like it will work well for supporting the radiator.

If anyone needs the file I would be glad to share. I did some rough test pieces and they fit well, so these should go in nice. I will update on details once the are all prepped and in.

So here it is all bent over, dimple died and ready to weld in place.

Those weld into here and we should be ready to mount the radiator using rubber isolators.

How is the radiator held to the supports?

The radiator I bought had some 90* tabs welded to the sides. They sit on the bent sheet metal with rubber isolators in between.

Another pair made. Going to try and adapt these to manxter 160. The read support on the manxter is much different than the dual sport. We will see how it works out.

IF ..... u are going to try and put them on a Manxter 2+2 make sure that you test fit with the radiator for sure BUT also make sure you have the engine in and mounted with the intake and TB etc on it. The clearance under the rear of the Manxter 2+2 is MUCH lower than the DS.

For example my Ej Series Buggy Exhausts does not fit a Manxter 2+2 with rear wing as the muffler touches the rear wing. In a DualSports it is no where near and I never thought it would hit. I have also had issues clearing the TB and Manifold when I setup using measurements as opposed from doing complete mock up.
