Does anyone here have experience with building and registering a dune-buggy in Utah? I'm prepping to build a Manx, and planning on a custom chassis, and wondering if it will cause registration trouble for me (necessitating chopping up and using a Beetle pan). I think some states require a certain percentage of the buggy be from a pre existing car. I've already looked over the requirements here in Utah at https://dmv.utah.gov/vehicles/rebuilt/kit-vehicles and they are not specific enough.
