Old Red wheel info

Hi, I'm attempting to restore a Manx 1 and I want it to look something like Bruce's Old Red. I'm trying to determine the front and rear wheel width and backspacing. Tire type and size info would be nice too. Pictures to follow. Thanks, Sean Reinhardt.

The fronts are 7.35x14 tires on what we think are 5" wide wheels
The Rears are G70x15 tires on what we think are 8" wheels
The tires are original Gates Commando's

Thanks, any idea where I can get 6" and 8" wide steel 5 lug smoothie wheels? All I seem to find are 4.5" and 5.5".
