From what I have read it was a 64 VW bug, but I am not sure about the conversion kit, is it a Manx?
It is a Kellison XP1 made in Lincoln, California or a really good copy. Kellison used the square corner fold down windshield on its' different buggy body models.
Engine appears to be a 1971 and later dual port engine that if stock would be 1600cc (1.6L)
Have fun with it, that is what buggies are for.
Our family buggy when I was 13 had a Kellison body on it (somewhat a copy of a Manx).
