Your photo didn't post. you say look at carb. if so: be sure ,if you have electric idle circuit it is powered and working. If electric idle circuit is not operating: your vw motor will never idle.

sorry, your photo still not posting. I was unaware you have 2 carbs. I only use single carb. my understanding of syncing carbs is to take your time to get it correct. It is also my understanding that temperature and humidity changes affect the tuning. in my climate day to day changes and seasonal climate conditions would require greater attention and tuning for 2 carbs: which is the main reason I use single carb. good luck and have fun with the tuning.

Thank you
I choose two carb because I prefer the appearance.
not easy to adjust but I already have weber 44 on the karmann ghia and I make the settings by testing on road

You prefer the appearance . I think that is the best reason to have them. So you must be driving it now. How do you like it?

I could not test the buggy on the road because I have to pass it to the technical control.
for now I'm on vacation I would see that in September
but the engine has torque and pleasant to drive

That is great. Ohh it must be hard having to wait, until you get to drive it on the road. I would like to advise you: on the road your Buggy will attract a lot of attention : so keep focused on your driving, bring a passenger with you who can wave back at admires that will be smiling and pointing at you. This may sound silly but it does happen. Here in USA I get the "thumbs up" hand signal often from people as we drive along. But most importantly enjoy the fun of driving on the road a buggy you built. I trust all the nuts and bolts are tight :D

I don't know if I could wait either, but good luck with your inspections. Looking forward to your report on how the driving goes.
