Re: Carlisle 2016? Any updates on club events

Thanks for the update, I've been a Carlisle guy for 20 years in a row now. But I avoid Facebook like the plague :)

Seed you all there, bringing tent in prep and weather actually looks promising

Re: Carlisle 2016? Any updates on club events

Any updates? One week away. Just want to know if the buggy goes with German air-cooled or the buggy area. I do look forward to meeting folks. This is my first year of being a buggy owner. Andy

Very nice, what was the total build time after kit and original frame were in hand?

Carlisle 2016? Any updates on club events

Good Afternoon folks, I was wondering if this group does anything formal for Carlisle in May? I know a lot of other groups already are registered, tents assigned, hotel blocks booked, etc. I went on-line for Carlisle show field pass but didn't see a Manx Club sign up. Does the club do anything offic...

Re: Add music and shake well

Thanks for the breadcrumbs on this. I have a great stereo setup in my buggy now, but no aux in nor bluetooth. I'm going to adapt the is amp to my existing setup and have my bluetooth streaming as needed. I can get some extra room in the interior by not carrying around dozens of CD's in a case. :)

Re: Little Bugger safe for the winter :)

Thats a Cytech DP-7 Lift, I put in 15 years ago when I bought the house. At the time, i dropped about $2,500, but worth every penny, all you need is a friend / second pair of arms and hands to help install. The key is to raise the garage door opener to the ceiling as flush as you can, extend the rai...

Ed, thanks for sharing, I was looking at those too, but was on the fence changing my side mirrors to this brand. Having a full cage gives a lot of options.

Rear View Mirror: justifiable expense, safety & nicely built

I spent over a hundred dollars for this - but once I put it on, it justified the dollars and made a safer buggy too. Incredibly well made if you aren't aware of the manufacturer and brand. Axia Alloys. Much better front windshield sight lines now, the 9" convex mirror really opens the visibilit...

Re: A Buggy Sighting: One of my Kindle Space Operas...

It's a great ending to the entire storyline. No holes, all finished up- nice that way after 6 too. It's a closed chapter !

A Buggy Sighting: One of my Kindle Space Operas...
