I get that every once in while after I wash mine. I think what is happening is that the inside of your drums are bare metal and the water creates some rust which sticks to the brake shoes. I usually just rock mine back and forth a litttle bit and it breaks loose.

Doran, I have a 2007 (78x90.5) with an Engle 110 cam and dual Kadrons in the blue buggy. It runs well and has plenty of torque.

A lot of times the rear urethane mounts will compress and your tranny will sit lower. It is better to use the stock mounts.
