Tom, Thanks for your response. I tried to check out his website, but looks like he is updating it presently. I'll give him a call and see if he can get me some info on the sombrero model. Its good to know someone has one and is happy with theirs. Thanks, Dan in Folsom

Selecting a bimini type of top

Being relatively new to buggys, the following may seem like dumb question. When looking for a bimini stye of top, what kind of a vehicle do you look for that is sized and priced the same as a manx type buggy? (like a jeep CJ?) As I doubt they have size listed for a manx buggy. Dan

Tahoe

Bob, My buggy isn't complete yet, but I may take a drive up 50 from the valley in my everyday wheels to check it out on saturday. Seeing i'm a newby, i'll be all eyes, ears & camera seeing all the cool buggys and differant setups. Also, Kragens here I come for that steering boot! Damn, hopefully...

Dave & gail, Which Racetrim seat are you using? The thin one? I'm thinking of using the racetrim-thin seat on my manx clone. It kind of looked familiar... Dan

Would a switch over to adjustable spring plates, still require a retainer strap to keep things from bending during use? Dan
