A lot of people said it wasn't possible, but for some reason I was able to fit a set of full width Beard Super seats into mine with a slider and still had plenty of room in between for my dual handle turning brakes... At a comfortable height, too.

Awesome. Thanks for the info. I take it you are pretty happy with that setup? With the 4.88 rp I would imagine you can pull a big dune in 2nd gear?

I have looked at the pictures MULTIPLE times. Love your car! Interested in the Motor and tranny specs, shock setup, etc. Here is a pic of my Original Manx. A long way to go to be up to par with yours! I am running STU 1300 Plus paddles on mine, what are you running?

You might check into the AC Industries kits. They have nice cast parts instead of crappy stampings, and the pricing seems to be quite reasonable. I have installed about 5 sets now and have had no problems so far. I have the rears on my own buggy now and will be putting the fronts on in the near futu...

Will Meyers Manx Valve Covers clear 1.4's?

Anybody here running the Meyers Manx Valve Covers with 1.4 Rockers? I want to know if they will clear high ratio rockers before shelling out the dough for them and have to hang them on the wall...

Thanks. Yep. Those are at the Oregon Dunes, great place to go. It is street legal too, just change the rear tires and hit the sand!

Here is my son at 8 months on his first buggy ride. He smiled for the whole ride, and the last picture is right after I shut it off back at camp.

Purple Original Manx?

I know of the Purple Potato Chip, but there seems to not be too many original Manx's with the 13E Purple Flake Gelcoat. Any thoughts? I have seen a few Classics, Siggys, Manxters, Knockoffs, etc. Was purple just not cool then, so not many were made?

So to fill in all of the screw holes left from an old snap on top would you guys suggest Kittyhair, Gel, or Resin?
