Tell me about full flow oil filters

As part of my engine rebuild, I'm considering going with an oil filter. I had the case tapped for full flow, but what else do I need/what are my options and where exactly does everything hook up?
I also bought my carpeting from Home Depot, or Lowes, I cannot recall exactly. Anyway I got some relatively inexpensive carpet that had rubber backing. I also bought foam padding. I'd rather have a higher quality product and thought of getting one of Tom's but this was a b...
When at the Mid America show we had a lot of interest in the later years. (To my surprise.) We do have the masters made and may be moving forward with them real soon.
Tom, you make the one for a 73 and you've got a buyer.

LOL Tom, love your subject line... I have been using Muir's manual as the basis of my rebuild backed up by a Hayne's manual. THe Muir book didn't specifically mention this, so I wanted to make sure I didn't miss anything.

Tom (or anyone else here) could you provide a good link for information and photos of the fabrics available. I'm not familiar with any of them (well, other than seeing the photos of the Cabrio here.. Looks real sharp BTW).
why buy a jeep top and fit it when you can buy it ready to install.
Price. TJKustoms makes some great products and that top looks really sharp, but it's also over 6 times the price for the cheaper one.

Crankshaft rear seal & and a Crankshaft play question

I'm working on my first engine rebuild. I've got the crank and camshafts and all their associated bearings in place and I've got the two halves mated and torqued. I was just about to put on the crankshaft pulley when I realized that there's no seal at the rear of the crankshaft. There's just that co...

Tell me about your carpeting...

I've decided I want to carpet my buggy. I looked into TJKustoms, but they don't make their carpeting for '73 and newer bugs. I want something bright green and I'm concerned about it getting rained on. So what solutions have others found here?

You should sell these Tom. I'd be willing to be $70-80 for a pair of 'em. Edit: Also, if I wanted to build these for myself, where could I find flatstock like that? What kinds of places would have it?

Gauge for ignition wire

I'm rewiring my buggy. Going off of the wiring instructions in 'The Garage' here, it says to use a 16AWG wire for the ignition. Is this sufficient?
