I bought this Bounty Hunter sight unseen in 2000. When it arrived, looked like someone practiced with a saber saw on it.... The project kind of mushroomed, custom tube IRS chassis, gas tank mounts to the frame. Glassed in the hood and side pods. Built a glass floor, tunnel and firewall. Refit the windshield and posts. Would have probably been less work to start from scratch... The buggy has a DP-1600, Jmar pedals and shifter. Stainless roll bar and exhaust from the Manx club. Spun aluminum wheels with BFG's. Kind of went for the race car look... I should mention that 2 of the neighborhood boys Brian Davis and Jess Walsh helped with this project from the beginning. Now they are both of driving age...... Something I did even think about 7 years ago.... Gulp!!! Anyway, we had a great time building it. Two more buggy fanatics for the club, thanks a lot for everything........Dave Roberts #1369
