Pismo 2024 Schedule of Events!
Thursday
4-6 pm Event check in & pizza social at Host Hotel

Friday
8-12 noon Check in at Host hotel (Coffee & donuts)
Vandenberg SpaceX run 8am leave time (completed security clearance required)
Buggy run to Jalama beach for lunch. 9am departure time. Open to all.
Friday - Event moves to Rugged Radios HQ at 3pm
(509 Traffic Way, Arroyo Grande. Ca. 93420)
3pm Shirt pick-up, Saturday run sign-ups
5pm staging for car show
Rugged Radios public showroom & private garages will be available for us to tour on Friday only.
Be sure to check them out & ask any technical questions you may have.
5:30-8pm Show & Shine display/judging

Saturday
7 am Coffee & Donuts
7:30 am Check in / Run sign ups
8:30 am drivers meeting for Pismo event runs
9 am Groups begin to depart for Pismo runs
Vandenberg SpaceX run departs at 8am (completed security clearance required)
Return to Rugged
Food Truck available 4pm-7pm- Tacos & more available for purchase
6 pm Awards and Raffles .
Sunday
9:00am Meet on beach for group photo & hang out. We will enter north gate entrance to Pismo beach at the end of Grand Ave to meet in the middle and exit South gate around 10:00am. (There is a charge to enter the beach)
Say our goodbyes & Thank you’s for a fun weekend event!
